Welcome to CoreHabits (“the App”). These Terms govern your use of CoreHabits. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use CoreHabits on your device for personal habit and mood tracking.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

2. User Content

CoreHabits stores your habit data, progress, mood logs, notes, and settings locally on your device.

We do not access, collect, or store your personal habit content on our servers.

You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining your device.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services

4. Premium Features & Subscriptions

CoreHabits offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

• Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase is a one-time non-recurring payment that unlocks premium features for the lifetime of the App.

Refunds

Refunds must be requested through Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
We cannot provide refunds directly.

Restore Purchases

You may restore active subscriptions or lifetime access using the “Restore Purchases” option inside the App.

5. Disclaimers

CoreHabits is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
The App is intended for wellness and personal productivity only and is not medical advice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription, if any.

This limitation applies even if we were advised of potential damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
